Who We Are
Crapremains Plumbing is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent plumbing and drain providers in Lake Grove and the Lake Grove area. That is the whole job. We connect you, then step back.
Why We Exist
A plumbing problem is stressful. Water is on the floor. A drain is backed up. You need help, and you do not know who to trust. Searching in a hurry is hard.
So we keep things simple. We explain the problem in plain words. We show you how to compare estimates. We point you to local providers who can talk it through.
How Matching Works
You tell us what is going on. It might be a burst pipe, a slow drain, or a sewer backup. We then connect you with a local provider in our network who handles that kind of work.
You can talk to the provider, ask questions, and ask for an estimate. Many providers can respond quickly, but hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check who is available.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:
- Hold any license or permit that local rules require
- Explain the problem and the fix in plain words
- Give a written quote before major work begins
- Treat your home with care
- Answer your questions without pressure
Providers are responsible for their own work, prices, and schedules.
What We Do Not Do
We do not fix pipes. We do not clear drains. We do not show up at your door to do the work. The provider you choose does the job and sets the price.
We also do not tell you which provider to hire. We do not push you to say yes. Compare, then decide.
How We Are Paid
We do not charge homeowners. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee does not change what you owe for the work. Your price is between you and the provider, so ask for it in writing.
